This incredibly beautiful country house "Es Rafal Antic", dates from the 15th &ndash 16th century and is located outskirts of the town of Búger. It is set in a very tiny hamlet with just four houses. This place of tranquility is situated in a protected privacy area dominated with perfect comfort. The house has a living area of 350 m2, in the course of time it has been restored step by step with touch of modern, but it didn&rsquot lost its rustic charm. It preserves many elements of the traditional building, such as walls, windows and wood beams, etc. When you enter into the house you find yourself in a dining area, right next to it there is a well-developed kitchen and a delightful living area. The house has five double bedrooms with bathroom on suite, one of them is located on the ground floor and the other four bedrooms are on the first floor. The house is equipped with air conditioning in the bedrooms and heating (extra cost )

The Finca "Es Rafal Antic" is located only 1.8 km far away from the town Búger and offers absolute peace and relaxation. The house has been restored during the last decade, but it didn&rsquot lost its magical ambience. The town of Búger offers beautiful places to visit such as: the Molí de Can Garindo, Molí de Can Barraca, Creus de Terme, church de Sant Pere and recreational activities such as &bdquoWater Park&ldquo (17.1 km) and &bdquoGo Carting&ldquo (16.6 km), the Festival Park, there is a good mix of restaurants, shops and cinemas. The golf course "Golf Pollensa&rdquo is 12.7 km far away, the tennis court "Tennis Club Binissalem" is 24 km far away, the rider academy "Hipica Formentor" is 7 km far away from the finca. The beaches and bays of Port d'Alcúdia and Pollensa are just over 15 km far away from the house. The nearest supermarket is the supermarket "Suma", which is located in Sa Pobla just 2 km far away from the house. The weekly market takes place every Saturday in Búger on Carrer Major and in Sa Pobla on Sundays. The distance from Palma de Mallorca Airport to the house are 48, 4 km.

It has access to a beautiful private pool, surrounded by comfortable sun loungers, offers an ideal place to rest. A barbecue area and an outside shower are also available. A well-maintained path leads you from the gate through a private parking directly to the house.
