CHANGE OF RESERVATION

If, after we have confirmed your reservation, you wish to modify any of the conditions, such as the day of departure, or the property you have reserved, any possible change will depend on availability. Any request to modify the reservation must be sent to us in writing by the person who made it, in case you want to change the property, this will be considered as a cancellation of the reservation, and the cancellation fees will be the same as those appear in the section “If you cancel your vacation”.

IF YOU ARE A CUSTOMER AND CANCEL YOUR HOLIDAYS

If you wish to cancel your reservation that has already been confirmed, we will need the cancellation in writing. The following cancellation fees will apply:

• 70 days before arrival: 70% of the owner cost of the villa / apartment.

• 69-31 days before arrival: 70% of the owner cost of the villa / apartment.

• 30 days before arrival: 100% of the owner cost of the villa / apartment.

IF YOU ARE A CUSTOMER AND WE CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION

In the event that you are a traveling customer and we are forced to cancel your reservation, we will offer you other alternatives depending on availability or we will refund the amount paid.

The purchase of plane tickets, car rental and any other reservation that has not been made through Mallorca Rental Villas, S.L. will not be subject to any refund.

IF YOU ARE AN OWNER AND CANCEL A RESERVATION

If you wish to cancel your reservation that has been confirmed by you, we will need the cancellation in writing. The following cancellation fees will apply:

• 25 days before arrival: 70% of the owner cost of the villa / apartment.

• 5 days before arrival: 100% of the owner cost of the villa / apartment.

IF YOU ARE AN OWNER AND WE CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION

If we cancel your reservation, the canceled reservations will be settled according to the cancellation policy established in your contract, otherwise the following conditions will apply:

• 25 days before arrival: 70% of the owner cost of the villa / apartment.

• 5 days before arrival: 100% of the owner cost of the villa / apartment.

In the event that the term is greater than 30 days, the owner may not demand any amount for cancellation.

IF YOU HAVE A COMPLAINT

If you have a complaint or any other type of problem during your stay, please call the following telephone numbers: (0034) 971 596 022 (Monday to Saturday, except holidays and Sundays, from 09:00 to 13:00 and from 15:00 to 19:00).

In case of extreme emergency outside these hours, please call (0034) 667 511 862 (mobile phone – hours from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., Monday to Friday; Saturday from 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.; Sunday from 09:00 to 22:00).

Only those complaints made during your stay at the property will be accepted. In case of technical problems (such as lack of water), we will send our technicians and any other authorized person to solve the problem. Please note that the fact that we have an emergency telephone support service does not mean that we have a 24-hour maintenance service. Those problems that are not considered an emergency will be resolved as quickly as possible.
