Puig de sa Figuera is a two-storey country house. From the patio beautiful two flights of stone steps lead to the house. On this floor there is the living room and the dining room which is very spacious. Both have access to a balcony/terrace with panoramic views of the surroundings with the coastline in the distance. The kitchen is next to the dining room. From the living room there are two steps that lead up to two twin bedrooms and to a bathroom. Next to the hall there is a shower-room.

As we go to the upper floor, we find an office next to the landing. On this floor there are two bedrooms with double bed -one with access to its own terrace-, and a bathroom. From the hallway there is access to a terrace where you can sit and enjoy the open views of the area.

Cozy outdoor area with a porch next to the pool, a built-in barbecue and a table to enjoy al fresco meals with spectacular open views. There is also an area with a table and chairs to relax and enjoy the views of the beautiful Mallorcan countryside both day and night.

Due to the rural location of the villa it is forbidden to burn wood. Only charcoal may be used in the BBQ.
