Located in a quiet residential area of ​​the charming coastal town of Porto Colom one of the largest natural harbours in Mallorca. Porto Colom still retains the charm of a fishing village where today you can still watch fishermen repairing their nets on the quayside. Portocolom offers serveral pretty sandy coves, supermarkets, backeries, restaurants and local shops. You can also practice water sports.

Villa Pol is a two-story house. On the ground floor, there is an open-plan living/dining room with French doors opening to the outside. The spacious kitchen has a breakfast table and access to a small porch with a table and chairs. There is also a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. A laundry area with a washing machine and an additional refrigerator is also located on this floor.

Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, each with its own en-suite shower-room. The master bedroom has a double bed and access to its own terrace with outdoor furniture where you can sunbathe and relax. The second bedroom has twin beds.

Air conditioning is available in the bedrooms with a fixed and limited schedule.

There is a pleasant outdoor area with a porch for al fresco dining. During the long summer days, you can enjoy a refreshing swim in the pool and relax comfortably under the pergola with its retractable awning.
