About Property
Villa Pineda counts with a main house and an annex for 12 people to rent in Cala D'Or centre. The villa enjoys a great location as is set in a quiet road, only a short walk to the sandy coves Cala Gran and Cala D'Or. This property is ideal for large families and groups of friend. It also counts with a pool and extensive garden.
Pineda consists of a main house and an annex. The kichen and shower rooms of the main house as well as the pool have been renovated. The main villa offers on the ground floor a lounge/dining area with patio doors leading to the private villa's covered terrace and private pool. The hallway leads to a kitchen and additional dining area. Off the kitchen there are two twin bedrooms, each with en suite shower room. Stairs lead to an additional lounge area and a separate staircase leads to the first floor with a double room, a twin bedroom and a separate shower room.
At the other end of the garden is the annex which is detached from the main villa. It's located on a first floor and counts with a lounge area, two twin bedrooms and a bathroom. The ground floor is not available.
The outside is spacious and relaxing with an area with pine trees between the main villa and the annex. The villa offers two large covered terraces, one overlooking the private pool area and the other forming a veranda to the front of the villa.
The bedrooms in the main house have hot/cold air conditioning and the exterior bedrooms have portable fans. The house also offers wifi.
