About Property
Villa distributed on two floors, with lots of natural light. On the ground floor is the living room with a table for meals. Exit to the terrace and pool area. Spacious kitchen next to the dining room. On this floor there is a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms,one with 2 single beds and one with a double bed. Each one with access to its terrace with an open view of the sea/partial sea or views of the mountains in the distance. These bedrooms share a separate bathroom with a shower. Air conditioning in the living room and two bedrooms, with fixed and limited hours. Provisional photos. Soon we will have new photos.
The villa is in a quiet area of Es Forti and the center of Cala Egos with some restaurants, shops and supermarkets is also easily accessible on foot. The center of Cala D'Or with a wide variety of restaurants, shops and entertainment areas is 3 km away.
