For larger groups or families, we also offer the neighbouring villa SON TORD which is of the same category, size etc and both can be booked together and would accommodate 12 Persons.

Within 10- 15kms a wide selection of beaches can be reached by car (some amazing bays like Cala Torta, Cala Agulla, and Cala Ratjada). Villa Es Mirador is a truly special property, located in the idyllic countryside of Arta, providing breathtaking rural views. The surrounding natural vegetation meaning that the villa offers to its guests peace and total privacy.

In the exterior of the villa there are extensive terraces furnished with table, chairs and sofas for al-fresco dining and barbecues. A generously sized private pool swimming pool of 8m x 4m with sunloungers can be found , a true heaven for relaxing hours under the Mallorcan sun, enjoying the unique location and the green surroundings.

The inside of this villa is stylish and spacious (measurning around 160 sqm) and has been beautifully finished making wide use of wood and local stone, carefully mixed with modern amenities and details.

The ground floor is spacious and open plan, kitchen/dining área, lounge/dining área. The lounge is full of natural light (large floor-to-ceiling windows) and is equipped with comfortable sofas, satellite TV (free channels only). The large, modern kitchen (with dining table) is fully equipped with all necessary appliances.

Also on the ground floor there are two twin bedrooms which share a family bathroom with shower (as well as an extra WC available on the same floor).

On the upper floor the master bedroom suite is located (accessed via an imposing tiled staircase), and is a true delight. It has its own bathroom with bathtub as well as direct access to a private terrace enjoying breathtaking country views over the green forests of Arta.
The house has a time limited air conditioning (hot/cold) in the bedrooms 14.00-16.00 and 20.00-08.00  and  Free Wi-Fi.
