The ground floor consists of a huge and spacious living/dining room with comfortable sofas, modern furniture and a large dining table with ten chairs. From here, two glass doors not only give access to the garden and the covered terrace, but also offer stunning views of the surroundings and the pool. Leaving the dining room, there is a long corridor that leads to the bedrooms and bathrooms. 3 of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor: there is a double bedroom with a full en-suite bathroom, a twin bedroom with a private bathroom with a shower, another bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower. All of these rooms have doors leading to a covered terrace with beautiful views of the countryside. The stairs lead to the first floor, which houses a twin bedroom, a double bedroom (with a floor-to-ceiling window with incredible views of Pollensa Bay and beyond) and a full bathroom. The interiors have been modernly furnished and stylishly designed to provide a contemporary feel and are filled with natural light.

Outside, the villa is equally impressive. Steps lead from the dining room terrace to the lawn area. Right next door is the built-in barbecue. The large private pool is surrounded by lawned gardens and vaulted terraces for sunbathing, perfect for enjoying long hours under the Mallorcan sun.
