Enclosed in the price are bed linen, towels for the house, tea towels, the final cleaning and other costs (electricity, water, gas).The first cot and highchair are included in the price. The second cot or chair cost 10€ per night each.

Additionally, if the rented property is subject to Horizontal Property Law, they must comply with the internal regulations of the Owners' Association where the property is located. In the event of such disturbances, the property manager, upon becoming aware of the situation, will require guests to vacate the property within a maximum of 24 hours.

About Property

On the ground floor there is an open/living dining room with access to the covered terrace. From the dining room there is access to the kitchen. There are also two twin bedrooms and an adjacent shower room. The third bedroom has a double bed with en-suite shower room.

The first floor has a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room. The utility room is outside at the back of the house.

All bedrooms have air conditioning with a fixed and limited timetable (21.00h. - 06.00h).

The house is built on 2 floors and is located a short drive to sandy beaches, facilities and amenities. It enjoys far reaching views across the countryside and the sea in the distance
