Villa Esmeralda for 12 people, close to the beach and centre

Esmeralda is a large villa for 12 people that enjoys a great location as is set only 250m. away to the pretty sandy cove Cala Esmeralda and 600m. away to sandy cove Cala Gran. Cala D&rsquoOr centre is approx. 700m, it offers a pedestrian area with a wide variety of restaurants, cafeterias, bars with live music, shops and boutiques.

Esmeralda is a villa arranged in two floors.

From the hall we reach the open living/dining room with open kitchen, with a side door to the pool and barbecue area. In this area there is a table with wine cooler. The ground floor has three twin bedrooms -with two twin beds together- and ensuite shower rooms. All the bedrooms has access to the exterior. From the garden external stair leads to the upper floor where we find three bedrooms. The master bedroom -two single beds pushed together-, very spacious, with an open integrated bathroom. Enjoys partial views of the sea from the circular area where the bathtub is located. The other two bedrooms, also with two single beds pushed together, have ensuite shower-room.

The house offers air conditioning with a fixed and limited timetable.

There is a lawned garden at the front with a drive way to park two cars. The pool area is at the back of the villa. Outside close to the kitchen and by the pool there is a covered outside dining area to enjoy al fresco meals. There are two portable babecues. A Weber barbecue available and also a gas barbecue. At the other end of the pool there is a chill-out area the perfect spot to relax. Utility room with washing machine.
