The villa is set in an idyllic location with beautiful views across the open countryside towards the mountains. It is hard to believe you are only a few minutes away from the long sandy beaches of Puerto Pollenca and Alcudia. The Alcanada Golf is also situated by a short drive from the villa Burgues, as well as the conservation area, Albufera Natural Park, that is also nearby and well worth a visit for nature lovers, ornithologists and walking enthusiasts.

Well decorated throughout, Burgues offers a really comfortable family holiday home. The front covered terrace opens into the spacious living/dining room with sofa seating area, DVD player, Satellite TV, dining area, original interior stone wall features and feature fireplace. There is a fitted kitchen totally equipped with dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, electric oven, etc.

The sleeping area comprises of one double bedroom with an en suite shower room and two further twin bedrooms sharing a full bathroom. All bedrooms have the facility of air conditioning. In line with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 17:30 to 19:30 and from 22:00 to 09:00.
